Deposit Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Appointments can be rescheduled once with 7+ days’ notice without a new deposit.
• Changes made within 7 days, or more than one reschedule, require a new deposit.
• New colour clients, or those who haven’t had a colour in 6+ months, must attend an in-person consultation including a skin allergy test before any colour/bleaching service is booked
• Lateness may result in the cancellation of your appointment
